The conference was attended by more than 850 foreign and domestic health and education sector specialists, doctors and professors, specialized in traditional medicine.
During the Conference aside from discussion about the origin, history and current situation of traditional medicine, an Executive Director of New Juulchin LLC Nergui Sh. has noted that there is a possibility to develop it into health tourism in the future.
A subsidiary of Sod Mongol Group, Mon Analytic LLC jointly with MNUMS started a project, which will make a major development at the healthcare sector for the first time in Mongolia. The scope of this project includes a construction of an Asia-Pacific Traditional Medical Center on 13 000 square meters of land at Sharga Mort. The Center will be fully operational by 2020.
